We are a congregation of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. Our organist accompanies all hymns and sung parts of the liturgy.
We use our hymnal, Lutheran Service Book, Divine Setting Three, for weekly worship and are blessed each Sunday with the Sacrament of the Altar. Guest bulletins are available upon request to help show and explain the liturgy.
Guests are asked to speak with Pastor Moerbe before the service if they wish to commune. While Christians can be found in many denominations, generally we commune those baptized, confirmed, and currently under the pastoral care of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. See here for more information.
People attend in both formal and casual wear, and the sound of children is pretty common. Families with young children are encouraged to sit up front or in the back, whichever is most comfortable for them. And, we do have a changing table in our nursery stocked with emergency diaper assistance.
Bible classes are available for three-year olds and older.
